The Site is owned and operated by Louise Edmondson.

Purchasing a product listed on this website constitutes that you accept and are bound by the terms of this agreement.
Any data Louise Edmondson, hereby referred to as The Homeworker, may collect about you while using The Homeworker services shall be dealt with in accordance with The Homeworker Privacy Policy.
Use of Content
By using The Homeworker services and content, you agree that you will only use them for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, adapt, alter or create a derivative work except with explicit prior written permission.
We retain copyright over the product, which is protected by international copyright laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or purchasing copyrighted material.
You may retrieve and display The Homeworker content from the site on a computer screen or mobile device, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on your computer or mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of The Homeworker Content. In particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions in the previous sentence, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from The Homeworker.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
Subscriptions
The Homeworker offers different types and levels of subscription.
Standard magazine subscriptions are for a minimum 12-month term and give you four quarterly issues of The Homeworker magazine and access to back issues.
Annual subscriptions are paid monthly or annually. Corporate subscriptions are also available on a minimum 12-month term.
All subscriptions and the content within are accessed via our website using Memberpress, a membership site based in the United States.
You will be able to set up your own account to login and access the magazine. Access will be limited depending on the level of subscription you have.
For corporate subscriptions, access is limited to the number of people according to your subscription level.
We will not be responsible for any failure of delivery of or access to your product if you have supplied an incorrect email address or any such information required to fulfil a successful delivery of your product.
Your subscription term will roll over each year or month on the date that you set up the payment until such time that you cancel or pause your subscription. We reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed.
We also reserve the right to cancel orders and subscriptions:
In the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price;
If we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card.
Delivery & Supply
Customers will access the magazine subscription via the Homeworker website through the login which you will set up.
Digital goods such as webinars, courses and individual magazine issues are purchased using Woo Commerce and links will be made available to you for download or access after the sale is completed.
We aim to ship physical goods within two business days. These will be posted out by Royal Mail second class or with International shipping or equivalent. Delivery will be subject to the time frames offered by the postal service.
Force Majeure
TheHomeworker will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control.
If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
The Homeworker will not be liable or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance or interruption of the delivery of The Homeworker content that may result directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its or their reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorised access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes or natural disasters, strikes or other labour problems, wars, or governmental restrictions.
Liabilities and Indemnities
The magazine and its contents are provided ‘as is’. They are offered for informational purposes only; the information contained in the magazine and on the website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. The Homeworker shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the document or site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
The Homeworker does not guarantee the timeliness of the Services or that they are free from viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties.
We we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the magazine or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the magazine, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:
loss of income or revenue;
loss of business;
loss of profits or contracts;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of data;
loss of goodwill;
wasted management or office time.
Upon The Homeworker’s request, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Homeworker, its affiliates, agents, suppliers and licensors from any claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, related to any breach of these Terms by you or your use of any Services.
Certain areas or features of the Site may only be open to registered users or subscribers. By registering on the Site and not also becoming a subscriber, you will become a customer of The Homeworker as a “Registered User”.
