Does Brentwood Home offer free shipping?
Brentwood Home offers free shipping on all mattress purchases. The company also offers premium white-glove delivery for $249 per mattress through partner AGS. AGS will also remove an old mattress as part of the fee. Note that you will need to select this at the checkout, and once you have selected your method of delivery, it cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
Do Brentwood Home mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, there are a number of warranties available at Brentwood Home. When you order a mattress from Brentwood Home, you get a 25-year warranty. Meanwhile, select foundations include a 10-year warranty, whereas adjustable bases come with a 20-year warranty.
What is the Brentwood Home returns policy?
Brentwood Home offers a 100-night trial on all their mattresses, meaning you can test it out for up to 100 days and if you don't get on with it, you can send it back for a full refund. If you want to send your Brentwood Home mattress back, you'll need to get in touch with their customer service team to arrange a collection.
