Does LG offer free shipping?
Yes, LG offers free standard delivery for most of the products purchased on its website. There may, however, be some exceptions so please review individual product pages to see if your desired items are available for free delivery. If you find that a particular item is not eligible for free delivery, then take a look to see if we have a coupon or promotion code available to add free shipping to your order or at least give you a discount on the item.
Does LG sell refurbished products?
LG sells a range of refurbished devices through its website, which are products that are second-hand or have been returned by other customers and restored to like-new condition. Does LG offer a manufacturer's warranty on its products?
Yes, LG offers various different warranties depending on the type of product. What is LG's returns policy?
LG accepts returns and offers refunds for faulty and damaged products if you do so within 30 days of making your purchase. However, if there is no defect or damage, you'll be charged 10% of the price of your item as a restocking fee, which will be removed from your refund total. You will need to contact LG Order Support to submit a return request.
