have been with me on the hi-fi journey for over 25 years. Full circle from active Naim to the recent purchase of a lifestyle (Atom and Neat Petite’s) set up, with enjoyable detours via trade ins along the way. They offer a level of product knowledge, system matching and a quality of service unsurpassed. Special mention to Paul and John who’ve been with me all that time, and now joined by Adrian and Kevin. The best shop in the city.

I found audio T by chance as they were the people who seemed to be able to supply the specific part I needed. After a postal mishap they were fantastically helpful in resolving the issue without fuss. Postage was quick. I need new speakers so I will be coming back here for this purchase based on the experience I’ve had.

Matt was very helpful with setting up demos, especially once at short notice. I would have appreciated more discussion around alternatives to my choice of equipment. Having said that, I'm very satisfied with the system I ended up with and it has met my requirements.

The team at Cheltenham gave clear and honest advice from my initial contact, through the listening test, and when picking up the new kit. They had a clear focus finding the best sound for the music my wife and I listen to, with consideration for the space it was going into. We now have a wonderful sounding set-up, which is getting better and better as it settles in. Thankyou guys!

Excellent advice and service from Nick and the team at the Chandler's Ford, Southampton branch. I was looking for a good, entry level deck and amp, was able to listen to the equipment, and as a gift they've been very well received. We'll be back for upgraded speakers soon.

Outstanding service from Nick, Kerrin and Matt as always.
In the last 12 months I've progressed from DALI Spektor 1s is & 2s to Oberon 3s & 5s, to Opticon 6s in 5 steps and I'm now planning on Rubikore 6s. The speed is due to being terminally ill and hifi being better therapy than any medication. Not hard selling by the team.
I would never purchase anywhere else.

I recently contacted Gareth and Rishi (AudioT Reading) regarding my prospective purchase of a pair of headphones for home listening. As I have come to expect, they provided me with informed and expert advice regarding a range of products available within the specified price range. I was offered both Quad Era 1 and Meze 109 Pros to audition at home, and eventually opted for the very fine Meze’s. Gareth delivered these to my home in a timely fashion. He also offered to loan me his own set of Meze silver cables to try if I decided to upgrade at a future date. Once again, I can confirm that Gareth and Rishi at Audio T Reading provide an absolutely exemplary service.

Very responsive and helpful service received. Quick response received to my online enquiry which enabled my order to be placed, and goods arrived for collection from the store quickly. This is one of those rare shops where you can walk in, talk to real experts who love what they do, have pride in their knowledge and are not out to fleece you with sales speak.. Fariid helped me choose a new Hi Fi system, he was very happy to test different speakers and amps in the listening room, pointing out the nuances of each item and giving me time to listen and make my own mind up.. Real top class service. After bringing the equipment home, my wife had not realised how big the floor standing speakers would be and wanted me to return them... After a few days I went back to the shop and had a chat with Fariid and he assured me we could exchange them for something more suitable but he said I should bring my wife.. Thankfully after a few tweaks to the living room, she is now happy and loves the quality and the sound of the system so no need to return anything..

he fitted and setup the cartridge perfectly
after 1 day i bought one

this cartdride is very very good
i would highly recommend it
its outstanding !!!!

by the way i had the Ortofon 2m black and the rega ND7 wipe the floor with it

Went in to buy some cable for second hand hi fi equipment i bought elsewhere. Young man was wxtremely heloful and knowledgeable. What impressed also was there was no snobbery..i was putting some quite basic kit together and they sell some pretty serious stuff...but no judgement waa made. I had a great level of service.

Overall I'm happy with my experience of buying speakers and stands. The store lined up a range of speakers which I could listen to, I believe I found the right speakers for me.

Slight issue with the stands, they are on back order so the store lent me there demo stands until mine arrive.

Staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

The guys went out of their way to resolve a repair issue with my old CD player to get a credit against an ex demo CD player.
They visited my house a couple of times to troubleshoot some connection issues and kept me up to date at all times.
Really happy with the new product and everything is working great in the updated system and it sounds wonderful.
