I purchased 3 digital products. Did not get a confirmation email, did not get the link to download the products at all. Customer service very poor. I have emailed twice and submitted a case against them with PayPal. Still waiting for a response, a refund or any acknowledgment at all. Their website kept crashing during the purchase. More disappointing is the complete lack of response to resolve. Be wary. Scam alert.
Positive Psychology - you have NOT responded to any of my emails, nor have you emailed me. Please don't lie about it here. Still no refund or email of product sent.

The Life Navigation course is a wonderful resource for coaches (me) or therapists to learn more about positive psychology - not just the theory (in an easy-to-understand way) but also in practicality (exercises & guidance for working with clients). I like the structure of the readings, videos, and quizzes to reinforce the learning. The sailboat metaphor as a foundation is a useful tool that is easy to comprehend and use with clients. If you are a working adult wanting to be well-versed in positive psychology and enjoy the freedom of a self-paced program that provides the foundations without having to get a degree - then you will not be disappointed.

Originally I gave them a 1-star, because I thought I paid money and then never heard from them. I believe what happened is that my network was blocking tracking from their home country, so I couldn't receive the product download or get a response to my inquiries. I used a different email to reach them and everything worked fine. So, if you don't hear from them, check to see if your email is being blocked by your network.

I’m in my 5th year of membership and can’t be happier about the availability of quality resources to help those with whom I work. What’s been most impressive is the amount of work that’s evident through the ongoing availability of new tools and the video overviews that identify ways to utilize them. I love this program so much. Seph and his team always provide pertinent, wonderful articles and exercises. I am a life coach and work with teenagers in high schools. The Positive Psychology Toolkit has provided me with hundreds of wonderful exercises and articles to help me mix it up.

I recently purchased the Mindfulness X training course. I have taken the course myself as well as the train-the-trainer portion of the course. I am totally enthralled by this course especially by the simplicity of its presentation. By simplicity, I mean that my future students will be able to grasp the essence of mindfulness--my goal. I'm still a few months ahead of offering the course but I'm very excited to feel that it will be well-received by my English and Spanish students.

I purchased 17 tools for grief and bereavement on 1/24/2023. After completing my purchase it said I would receive my materials to download in about 10 minutes. I never got any email or my materials. I have sent 5 emails to the email address provided, as well as filling out the contact message box several times and have heard nothing, received nothing. This is frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. What a disappointment! Update: as of February 9, I have still never heard a peep from this company.

I have found tremendous value in all products I have purchased from positivepsychology.com! I use materials from the Positive Psychology Toolkit EVERY DAY with my clients! I am using Mindfulness X, and the Strengths & Goals Masterclass Bundle! These products have increased my knowledge base and are so helpful to my clients during and between sessions!

I have been using various tools from the tool kit by purchasing them one at a time. I took the leap purchased the whole tool kit and it is a great addition to my practice. I don't have time to create additional tools for for my client to use during session or for homework so this is a tremendous resource that I would highly recommend.

I would give Positive Psychology 0 stars if I could. This company will not respond to the multitude of emails that we have sent to them. They automatically charged our card for a second year subscription, and didn't give us any sort of heads up that they were doing this. We have tried reaching out to them to cancel our subscription, but they just don't respond. Kind of a nasty way to run your business-to scam people into subscriptions. Other companies that I have dealt with are always good about crediting your account if you cancel your subscription right after they charge your card. NOT THIS COMPANY. Beware! We have to cancel our credit card to make sure they don't try and charge us again next year!

First of all there’s no trust on a company who to sell you a product, an expensive one, and do not have a CONTACT NUMBER.

The material they offer is accesible on the internet, different presentation, but equal.

After purchase the tool kit blind by there good presentation and marketing I find no practical use for the material.

Did not ask for a refund.

But it got even worst a year on they renewed without ANY notification the “subscription” I did not enroll in. Plus the duplicate the debit transaction.

It is USELESS!

You are better of as a therapist with a simple and straightforward subscription to PsycholyTools.

Really discontent with this fraud of a company.

Transformative, professional, wholehearted and balanced training of the highest level. Science-based content delivered with just the right touches of profession and heart. One always gets personal feedback on comments and questions raised by the course teachers. Materials are clear, delivered through multiple media (video, audio, text, slides) and at various depths (short videos and in-depth, comprehensive text manuals). Truly an enriching experience - both to mind and soul. Support staff is mostly responsive. Clearly those guys are on a mission to spread good in the world and are going about it in the most benevolent and excellence-driven manner. Well done!
