I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Studapart team for their professionalism and high-quality service. Finding a flat in Paris, especially during the Olympic Games, seemed daunting, but Studapart made it incredibly easy. My unflattering but honest review was…

My unflattering but honest review was removed after being flagged by the business concerned. I was upset & wondered if there was any point in reviewing goods & services. But my review was tested against the Trustpilot guidelines, found to be fair and reinstated. This has given me confidence to believe that what I read on Trustpilot is fair and true.

Despite the huge discount from its…

Despite the huge discount from its original price, through Everyday Rewards I received an additional discount of $10 as the total in the cart was more than $75. What a bargain!!!! On top of all these I experienced prompt delivery and safe arrival of goods. Thank you!!!

Time zone mixup

I loved the speedy service. But it would have been better if I could have specified WHEN I wanted the beer delivered. As it was, it arrived at its destination at 11 PM when the family was mostly sleeping... With time zone changes etc, the site didn't take the time change into considertation. It posted an estimated delivery time in Ottawa, Ontario, rather than in England - 5 hours difference.

I trust Trustpilot

So far, it seems very good. I’m new here, that’s why I give Trustpilot 4 stars & not 5. It’s perfect to be able to go to a platform like this one, if I want to know more about a specific company. Even though I always want to have my own experience & opinion in regard to things, I do think that it might mean something, if a company gets 98% good reviews and 2% bad ones, or the other way around, from a big number of people.

Gym instructor training in JD Gym uniform

Last Wednesday I came in to do an introduction and see if I liked the gym before actually joined. I was horrified, I see one of you gym instructor and old fella in uniform training when realistically he should be out of uniform, gutting and making weird noises whilst training
You got the machine downstairs the the lift/back wall broken and not fixed, you got weights everywhere - the place was a mess, ready for an accident to happen.
Member not wearing right footwear and hogging up the equipment whilst playing with the phones
And I know other member complained about people taking their tops off. Why don't management do something about this

It’s important to read the reviews of others having had experience with the products we’re thinking about buying. This way, if we see bad reviews, we can avoid making a purchase that we may regret. However if we see lots of good reviews we can have more confidence in purchasing that product, & Trustpilot is a good place to read them.

I ordered a case of dessert wine for a…

I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund.

The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.

Site algorithms and policies allow a…

Site algorithms and policies allow a bad company to "stuff" its page with good reviews. Specifically, look at the company eDreams. It has huge numbers of 1-star ratings but still somehow has a 4.4 average (so the averaging/weighting must be wrong). For every genuine-sounding 1-star review there is a 5-star review. What I noticed is the 5-star reviews mostly have a similar writing style, naming the customer service agent and how "kind" or "helpful" they have been. I reported those 5-star reviews as suspicious but TrustPilot doesn't care.

I Trust Trustpilot

I always use Trustpilot if I’m unsure of a company. It is a reliable source and seems pretty accurate in the feedback left by users leaving their reviews.
I always leave honest and accurate reviews myself as it’s important to know what companies you can rely on or not rely on.
This site is excellent. I also have feedback to my reviews which is good.

I start losing hope in Trustpilot.

I start losing hope in Trustpilot.

Someone left a 1-star review "How to tell people come Kenya to" (yes, a complete non-sense!) for one of my businesses related to design education — It took me 3 weeks to prove it's not relevant to the business and seems like a spam.

I left a 1-star review on Tide business bank after they didn't allow me to withdraw my money — Trustpilot removed it because they "couldn't verify its authenticity" despite me providing a proof I'm Tide's customer.

Links never work!

I like to leave reviews for companies that I have interacted with and every time I get an e-mail from Trustpilot saying that I can see the reply from the reviewed organisation if I click on the link. Clicking on the provided link NEVER works! It never opens the reply, so I can never see what the company has said. Why can't Trustpilot make links that work?

I posted a geneue review to warn others, not to enagage with a dudgy company knowlagehut that I suspect has changed its name and is still operating.

They get the money for the education and then dis-appear.

I found that, people do the reviews that is dudgy and we can answer them back. These people are not a proper company
