Draft programme and budget 2022-2025: second biennium 2024-2025

This document presents the 2024-2025 Budget proposal for the second biennium of the quadrennial programmatic framework adopted for 2022-2025 (Approved 41 C/5) as presented to the Executive Board at its 216th session, and composed of two volumes: Volume 1 Draft Resolutions and Volume 2 Draft Programme and Budget – Second biennium 2024-2025. 

In view of the developments since the 216th session of the Board, and specifically the rejoining by the United States of America as a new Member of UNESCO, it should be noted that a revised version of the Draft Programme and Budget – Second biennium 2024-2025 (Volumes 1 and 2)shall be submitted to the Executive Board at its 217th session for its consideration and onward transmission to the General Conference as an addendum to this document
