For the second in our sybaritic series for the refined imbiber, we turn from grape to grain. As fate would have it, Irish crystal specialist Waterford has just released a series of four beer vessels, offering an elegant alternative to a pub glass. Featuring the company’s iconic Lismore diamond pattern, the range includes Pilsner and pint glasses, a goblet and a beer mug, all combining familiar shapes with luxurious execution.

To celebrate the company’s Irish heritage and its elegant foray into the beer world, we paired its glasses with some fine local beers.
