This striking blue BlackRhodium HDMI cable features some pretty chunky plugs. It definitely has its moments. At times you're impressed by its ability to uncover extra layers of detail, not only in light scenes, but also darker shots.
Struggles in some areas
This is a talent that's especially welcome during our viewing of Sweeney Todd. However, it struggles in other areas. The image isn't as stable as some cheaper cables and it has problems getting to grips with panning and fast action scenes.
Sonically, the Sapphire serves up decent levels of detail but it's quite a hard sound, nevertheless.
