The subwoofer and satellites set-up uses two small cube shaped speakers, complete with neat stands, combined with a subwoofer designed with Creative's SLAM (Symmetrically Loaded Acoustic Module) bass technology. There's a line-in socket on the main sub/amp module, while the wired remote has volume control and both auxiliary input and headphone sockets.
Available next month, the T3 is expected to sell for 199 Euros (about £160).
Also new are Series II versions of the company's GigaWorks T20 and T40 active stereo speakers, using woven glass-fibre mid/bass units and silk-dome tweeters. Both models have twin inputs, front-mounted controls and Creative's BasXPort technology to boost low frequencies: the T20 Series II uses a single bass driver in each speaker, while the T40 Series II has twin woofers.
They're expected to sell for 99 and 129 Euros respectively, or around £80 and £105, and are due in October.
