Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga join Xbox backward compatibility
Every week or so, Microsoft adds more games to the Xbox One backward compatible library.
Today, Larry Hryb, Director of Programming for Xbox Live, announced that Xbox 360 games Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga are now backward compatible. Both games aren't the heavy-hitters fans were hoping for, but they're still a lot of fun. Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag also has a native Xbox One version.

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag takes place in 1715. Pirates rule the Caribbean and have established a lawless Republic. Among these outlaws is a fearsome young captain named Edward Kenway. His exploits earn the respect of legends like Captain Blackbeard, but draw him into an ancient war that may destroy everything the pirates have built. The game is currently available for roughly $10 at various retailers.
Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga
Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga features two adventures in one package. Players get to see the Divinity II saga to its true ending in this lengthy role-playing compilation that includes both the remastered Ego Draconis and its sequel Flames of Vengeance. As a Dragon Knight, you will explore the massive world of Rivellon and delve into the true nature of the ancient conflict between Dragon Slayers and Dragon Knights. The game is currently available for $30 at various retailers but the Xbox Spring Sale discounts the title to just $7.49.
Be sure to check out these games on Xbox One if you're looking for a break between new experiences like Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Even to this day Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga remain quite enjoyable.
