Last weekend, a team from Thiess made their way to Perth to take part in the MACA Cancer 200 Ride for the Perkins. The event, held to support cancer research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, brought together riders from across the country for a common cause: fighting cancer. With the generous support of AECI Mining the Thiess team raised an impressive $55,000, contributing to the event's overall fundraising total of $10 million. The two-day, 200km ride was not just a test of endurance but a testament to the power of teamwork and community spirit in the battle against cancer.
