Fibroids can lead to significant health challenges, including heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, and potential complications with fertility. But early diagnosis and treatment can make a world of difference. As Dr. Luyando Moonze emphasizes, staying informed and proactive is key. Regular check-ups and a healthy lifestyle can help manage and even prevent fibroids. If you're experiencing symptoms, don't hesitate to seek medical advice—taking control of your health today can improve your quality of life tomorrow.
