📢 Exciting news from the PlayerNation Stakeholder Engagement Roadshow! For those who might not be familiar, PlayerNation is a pioneering national initiative dedicated to developing school sports structures across South Africa. As we kick off the second year of the programme, our team has been actively engaging with various schools and stakeholders to ensure we build a robust sports foundation for our youth. During our recent Stakeholder Engagement Roadshow, we visited numerous schools, including: - Richard Msutu Primary School in Adelaide, where we met with Mr. Hans (principal), Mr. Mantolo (sports master), Mr. Zatu, and Ms. Jack from the school sports committee. - Lingelethu Primary School in Adelaide, marking our first engagement with the school and the start of our working relationship in developing school sports. - Templeton Primary & High School, where we met with Mr. Johnathan Plaatjies (Principal) & Mr. Neil Bennet (Sports Coordinator) to discuss how league structures can be integrated into their existing sports programs. - Ntlama Primary School in Bedford, with sports master Mr. Bulelani Norman, discussing how we can better support the school in the next phase of the programme. - Laerskool Visrivier, meeting with Mrs. Liesl Arnolds (Principal) & Miss Rhonwen Bosch (Sports Master). - Msobomvu Full-Service Primary School, where we gained a thorough understanding of sports within the school and addressed their challenges. - Cookhouse Secondary School, engaging with Mr. Zukile Grootboom (Principal), Mr. Thabo Xhokomun (Sports Master), and Mr. Manilakhe Qumza (Head Coach). - Johnson Nqonqoza Senior Secondary School, where we received a verbal commitment from Mr. Henry Syce (Principal), Mr. Ayana Bodweni (Sports Master), and Mr. ABC Mvoko (Head Coach for Rugby). - Gilbert Xuza Primary School, meeting with Ms. Nkole (Principal) & Ms. Ziyanda Jola (Sports Master). - W.G Olivier Primary School, with Mr. Godfrey Rittles (Principal) and Mr. Garth Van Rayner (Sports Master). - William Oates Primary School, meeting with Principal Mr. Jurie Hector and Deputy Principal Mrs. Jaqueline Wansink. - Aeroville Secondary School, where we discussed their upcoming rugby tournament participation and simultaneously engaged with Gill College to bridge sports inequality in the Karoo. As Year 2 gets underway, we are thrilled to announce some exciting upcoming events, including the Summer Games and high-performance clinics designed to elevate our young athletes' skills. Our agenda is packed with events that promise to bring sportsmanship and unity to the forefront. Stay tuned for more updates and join us in supporting the growth and development of school sports across South Africa. Together, we can make a lasting impact! #PlayerNation #SportsDevelopment #Year2 #CommunityEngagement #NationalInitiative

🚀 Empowering Futures: Laptop Roll-Out for Persons with Disabilities 🎓💻 We are thrilled to announce the successful laptop roll-out as part of our Demand-Led Job Creation Programme for persons with disabilities! The ARCH team worked tirelessly to ensure that every student received their laptop, enhancing their learning experience and providing them with the tools they need to succeed. This initiative, supported by our amazing partners and the ETDP Seta, has made it possible for learners from all 9 provinces to access the technology they need to thrive. These laptops are more than just devices; they are gateways to knowledge, opportunity, and a brighter future. Thank you to everyone involved for your dedication and hard work. Together, we are making a tangible difference in the lives of these students and paving the way for a more inclusive and equitable future. #Empowerment #Inclusion #EducationForAll #ARCH #ETDPSeta #JobCreation #TechForGood #LearningWithoutLimits
