About us
Artlogic is a sponsorship and events company that specialises in high-end, boutique Fairs. We are credited with bringing world-class events to South Africa and providing platforms for hundreds of artists, craftsmen and handmade producers from South Africa and the continent to promote and sell their work to both a local and international audience. Founded in 2004, the company’s first venture was a production of William Kentridge’s 9 Films for Projection, sponsored by Standard Bank in South Africa and Bloomberg in New York, and The Magic Flute, sponsored by Rand Merchant Bank. Currently Artlogic produces several annual fairs that have come to be regarded as key events in their respective sectors. Currently, Artlogic produces the FNB JoburgArtFair, the Sanlam Handmade Contemporary Fair and the Winter Sculpture Fair; and previously the Standard Bank Cycle Fair. Each of these fairs are of international significance to contemporary art in Africa in their support of growth and development is key to our shared culture and creative innovation. Artlogic has had major success in researching trends and packaging those to our sponsors, exhibitors and audiences to ensure a good brand fit. By acting as a conduit between business and cultural entities, Artlogic aims to open up new markets beyond the reach of traditional marketing tools.
