Opening its doors on 23 October 2014, Grove Mall has become a central hub for shopping and entertainment, welcoming over 63 million visitors and 19 million cars while creating employment opportunities for 1,576 individuals. As Atterbury marks its 30th Anniversary this year, we reflect on how our commitment to community-centric development has transformed spaces like Grove Mall into lasting landmarks. At the celebration, heartfelt words from Asset Manager JP Duncan and CEO Armond Boshoff highlighted the collaborative spirit and community support that have driven this success.
