Just wrapped up our Certified Agile Leadership training in Berlin! Over two days, we delved into foundational principles, organisational structures, and the human side of leadership in an agile context. The session was packed with learning opportunities, giving participants deep insights into their personal leadership styles and how to assess and influence organisational culture. A unique aspect of this training was the use of real data from participants' organisations. Prior to the session, we conducted organisational culture assessments within each participant’s company, allowing us to address specific challenges and opportunities. Each leader left with actionable insights and concrete steps to implement in their daily work.
