In todays' complex and challenging times Advisory Board work is demanding, sensitive, challenging us and right or wrong/ good or bad... is not always clear. I summarized 12 impulses what good advisory boards do... should do and maybe must do. In our Board Certification Programme "Certified Member of Advisory and Supervisory Boards" we always discuss the differences between both Supervisory and Advisory Boards: there are differences by regulation and differences in how deep a board might be and might need to be involved.
