For this year's team-building, we did something a little different... The whole team climbed on a bus and went to Spa Park Primary in Bela Bela to teach underprivileged children about technology! 👨🏫 We hosted workshops about drones, 3D printing, AI, smart homes and smart farms. And we were joined by our CoSpace team who presented sign language classes. The kids loved the practical demos and some even got to fly our drones! After finishing our demos and handing out 1500 packs of chips 😵 we all had lunch and talked about our outreach highlights. Our interns traditionally face multiple barriers to workforce entry due to their hearing disabilities. By partnering with us and integrating our talented interns, we not only assist businesses in fulfilling their BBBEE obligations but also play a critical role in nurturing the industry’s future leaders and removing workplace barriers. Our program offers companies across South Africa the chance to meet their BBBEE requirements with a unique approach. We are doing our annual Technology Outreach program! 💙 This year, we will be visiting the Spa Park Primary School in Bela Bela to teach them about technology. We'll be taking along lots of food and gadgets for a fun-filled day of learning. Spa Park Primary has severely limited resources and infrastructure, so we're also fundraising to improve the school and the opportunities for its students. It's time for another Meet the Team Tuesday! 🚀 This week is the Moagi edition 💥 He's a Belgium Campus cum laude Diploma Graduate and he's currently a Junior Software Developer. He's a specialist in Flutter mobile apps and he was the main developer on our 67 Blankets project, but he loves learning new things and has worked on an array of different projects along the way!
