Callbi is a secure cloud based recorder agnostic software as a service speech analytics solution for contact centres. Callbi makes use of proprietary speech to text technology developed over a period of more than 15 years, and accurately transcribes and analyses South African English, Afrikaans, Sesotho and isiZulu, with other vernaculars under development. Callbi enables your organization to monitor and analyze a 100% of your customer calls, to ensure compliance, sales or collection effectiveness, operational efficiencies, and optimize customer experience.
