While our journey began with Charles Back's humble attempts to produce goats' cheese, our commitment to quality and our unique philosophy have remained unwavering. We combine traditional European recipes with a distinct South African flair, using only the finest sustainably sourced ingredients. This meticulous approach ensures that our products consistently meet a high standard. As evidence of this, we are proud to be the primary supplier of Woolworths's specialty cheeses. To cater to diverse tastes, we offer a wide range of cheeses. From classic white mold cheeses like Brie and Camembert to our innovative creations like White and Blue Rock cheeses, we continuously strive to stand out from the crowd. It is worth noting that all our Fairview Cheeses are made with non-animal rennet and hold certifications for being both Halaal and Kosher.
