    Today, I had the honor of being invited to speak at inavit iQ’s VCoP industry event, focusing on the transformative trends impacting Human Capital (HC) in 2024. This was a great chance to exchange ideas, perspectives and practical insights on the future of work. The key point I sort to drive home was that if you’re not experimenting with AI, you’ll always experience it as hype. I shared an example of how an HR Business Partner and friend of mine leveraged the tech to do scenario planning for a new operating model (which his business signed off…).
