About us

The Law Society of South Africa (LSSA) represents the attorneys' profession in South Africa. Its constituent members are the Black Lawyers Association, the National Association of Democratic Lawyers and the provincial attorneys' associations. The LSSA publishes De Rebus, the SA Attorneys' Journal and provides legal education and training to the profession through its Legal Education and Development (LEAD) division.
