Percy Msapa has worked for various architectural practices for the first nine years and in 2007 started his own practice (MSAPA Architectural Design), focusing on exclusive individual residences. MSAPA Architects have designed over 50 exclusive residences in closed residential estates, over 10 development projects, and a few commercial developments, and provided practical yet innovative architectural solutions to over 200 alteration and addition properties.
