Each of our 7 Care Nazareth Houses has its own unique atmosphere and style, with a varied range of activities and facilities to make our residents stay as safe, secure and independent as possible. Nazareth Care is seeking a Senior Nurse to join our regional team, overseeing six sites across South Africa and Harare. If you're passionate about enhancing the quality of care and implementing high standards in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! 🔹 Role: Senior Nurse - Regional Coordinator Quality Care and Wellness 🔹 Location: South Africa and Harare (Travel required) 🔹 Organization: Nazareth Care About Us: Nazareth Care provides exceptional residential care services to older adults, prioritizing their well-being, comfort, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Facility Visits: Conduct regular assessments of care quality and compliance across all sites. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure care plans and documentation meet regulatory and organizational standards. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for care staff. Quality Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in care practices. Policy Development: Assist in updating policies and protocols to reflect industry standards. Support and Guidance: Provide expert support to nursing teams and address complaints. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in elderly care with managerial experience. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Education: Nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing science; valid registration with the South African Nursing Council. Competencies: Bilingual, flexible, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Medication Dispensing License Dementia Training and Certification BLS Certification Certificate in Geriatric Nursing Previous Dementia Experience Why Join Us?
