Key Responsibilities: Facility Visits: Conduct regular assessments of care quality and compliance across all sites. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure care plans and documentation meet regulatory and organizational standards. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for care staff. Quality Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in care practices. Policy Development: Assist in updating policies and protocols to reflect industry standards. Support and Guidance: Provide expert support to nursing teams and address complaints. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in elderly care with managerial experience. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Education: Nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing science; valid registration with the South African Nursing Council. Competencies: Bilingual, flexible, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Medication Dispensing License Dementia Training and Certification BLS Certification Certificate in Geriatric Nursing Previous Dementia Experience Why Join Us?
