After completing his Systems Development NQF 4 & 5 certifications at On The Ball College, he was placed in a workplace as a service desk agent. After 1 year and 6 months, he took a bold step to pursue his passion for becoming an IT engineer. His journey led him to a new role as a tech agent, where, through dedication and prayer, he was promoted to IT Desktop Support Engineer within just 4 months!
