About us
Proconics is a South African-based Engineering company, established in 1995. We execute agile multi-discipline engineering projects, with a typical lifecycle of 12-18 months, to clients with critical infrastructures. These projects consist of modifications done on existing factories, as well as greenfields and renewable projects. Our project executions range from pure design, up to total EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction). We take pride in our employees' talents and encourage professional growth. Currently, we have 42 ECSA registered Professional engineers. Additionally, we are affiliated with the following professional bodies: SAIEE, SaiMechE, SAIMC, SAGA and SABS Workgroups. Proconics is a 51% Black-owned, 30% Black female-owned company and BBBEE Level 1 contributor. We are ISO 45001:2018 registered and have NOSCAR status.

Teeing Off for Wellness: A Day of Golf, #MentalHealth, and #Connection Last Friday, our Secunda team embraced an exciting and purposeful break from the usual workday routine by hosting a #golf tournament that combined fun with #wellness. This wasn’t just about hitting the greens for a friendly competition — this event was part of the #Wellness Committee’s ongoing initiative aimed at promoting #mental health and #wellbeing within the workplace. Events like these are a vital part of the committee’s strategy to foster a #healthy and #supportive workplace. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and taking time to engage in mindful activities helps to reduce #stress, improve concentration, and boost overall #wellbeing. Beyond the swing of the clubs and the friendly competition, the true impact of this day was seen in the connections made and the collaboration fostered. #Golf brought together both seasoned players and first-timers, creating an environment where everyone felt #included and #valued.
