VACANCY Quantum Foods has a career opportunity at its corporate office with the following fixed term vacancy. Finance Manager (Reporting) – Fixed Term Position The position reports directly to the Technical Finance Manager and will be responsible for the below mentioned outputs. The term is fixed from 1 August 2024 to 31 January 2025 which primarily comprise the Group’s financial year-end closure process. The position is based in Wellington, Western Cape. Purpose of the role: Prepare the annual consolidated financial statements of the Group in compliance with IFRS. Perform certain complex routine transactions and/or reconciliations. Ensure timeous submission of VAT returns and implementation of relevant controls to ensure compliance with the VAT Act.  Responsible for preparing the income tax computation for the Company’s year-end. Perform monthly IFRS 16 Leases computation for the Company including drafting of the required accounting entries. Calculate the expected credit loss provision for the Company in accordance with IFRS 9.
