I'm very excited to try the new app from Solutions House. As a small startup company, we made a decision to digitize as much of our business as possible and of course, the first person we spoke to was Tiaan Janse van Rensburg who set us up on Incident Desk. Since inception, we have been able to reduce time and effort in capturing data of incidents, employees and logistics. This new app from Solutions House, will definitely be a game changer which will allow us to spend more time on our clients' sites and less time in our office doing paperwork. I'm also expecting to be surprised at how much more it will help us streamline our business processes which will lead to operational cost savings. We have had a fantastic year. It has been hard in some respects, but that is life in the entrepreneurial world and those tough times were turned into positive times because of the lessons learnt. What we particularly remember though, are all the positives. After meeting with my two business partners this morning to discuss our achievements and our plans for 2024, I could not help but smile with contentment while thinking how far we have come since opening our doors in March 2021. I would like to thank all our friends and associates for their support and encouragement and wish everyone a blessed Christmas and prosperous New Year. There is no doubt in our minds that next year will be an excellent year for our business as well as our personal growth.
