Lana Reed joined the Personnel Industry early in 1997 after consulting with one of the Industries Leaders on Career advice. Being Service Driven, she soon realized that her passion for people and making a difference were welcomed, and highly sort after. Lana is a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist who manages the full recruitment processes of all Key Accounts. She is passionate about Placing People First and with this Reed Recruitment opened their doors in 2001, as an Independent Consultancy. Reed tailor-makes the recruitment process specifically to suit the needs, procedures, and culture of their client and follows an ongoing consultation process ensuring a keen understanding of each clients recruitment requirements and company culture. Reed's Services are not limited to Cape Town - we place nationally in many sectors and are able to source for our International network. We are Affiliate Members of the Education Institute of Personnel Service Consultants (A.I.P.S.C) and continue to work within the ethics of APSO.     This exclusive upmarket and respected Hospitality Brand are hiring a SAIPA qualified Professional Accountant for their Constantia Nek office. Candidate must currently reside in Cape Town. Reporting to the Head of Finance your responsibilities include but not limited too: Expense Budget reports Assist with producing financial and management accounts Reconciliation of GL accounts and prep of monthly schedules Manage HP finance, maintain FAR and oversee depreciation schedules Intercompany account recons Weekly reports such as Sales, Creditors age, Debtors Age, Bank reports Stock transactions, reconcile stock takes and reporting of variances Capture and reconcile cashbook Advanced Excel and XERO Accounting essential (VLookup, HLookup, Index-match, pivot tables) Accountant must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with a keen attention for details. Familiar with Financial reporting standards and compliance requirements. DUE TO OUR CLIENTS EE REQUIREMENTS, ONLY CV's FROM SOUTH AFRICANS WILL BE CONSIDERED R25 000 - R30 000 (dep on exp) plus contribution R300 Medical, full Medical Insurance, Contribution to Provident Fund.
