Employment Equity Sector Targets Update! 📢 ✅ The 1st Draft Regulations on sector EE targets were published on 12 May 2023, with a 30-day public comment period. ✅ The 2nd Draft Regulations followed on 1 February 2024, allowing a further 90 days for public input. 📝 The Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) is currently reviewing all public comments, with final regulations on sector EE targets and enhancements to the EE system to be implemented soon.
