This program is funded by our partner The Conrad Hilton Foundation. Dr. Fortidas Bakuza (United Republic of Tanzania) is an Assistant Professor at the Aga Khan University- Institute for Education Development East Africa in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania where he specializes in teaching and learning in early childhood education.
