  • As we step into 2025, I’m focusing on cementing our growth and aligning everything—our efforts, resources, values, and goals. The last five years at The Sales Counsel have been eventful. We’ve had dizzying highs—like launching Africa’s first Remote Selling School during a pandemic—and gut-wrenching lows, including my journey through cancer diagnosis and treatment in 2023. 2024 was a year of recovery. We hit new targets, rebuilt momentum, and celebrated wins. But if I’m honest? It took a lot out of me. I ended the year exhausted—grateful but drained. So this year, I’m making some intentional shifts: 👉 Less fear, more faith. 👉 Less action, more strategy. 👉 Less busyness, more meaningful work. I’m letting go of the fear and anxiety that often come with running a business in a fast-paced world. No more saying “yes” to every opportunity out of worry or scarcity. I’m giving myself permission to be more mindful, more strategic, and more intentional with my time and energy. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always mean more. Sometimes, it’s about refining, cutting back, and focusing on what really works. If you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly running, chasing, or doing for the sake of doing—this is your reminder to slow down, take stock, and be more deliberate. 👉 What are you leaving behind in 2024?👉 What are you focusing on in 2025? Let’s make this the year we build with intention. Here’s to more faith, focus, and fulfilment in 2025.
