ts: A minimum of a B Degree with a focus in social scienc
es,preferably in behavioural scienc
es. Prosci certification would be an advant
age 5 years’ or more working experience coupled with experie
ncein organisational behaviour/cha
ngemanagement/organisational developme
nt. A valid drivers’ licence would be advisa

ves. Conducting research and analysing best pract
ices Engage with various stakeholders proactively thr
oughcommunication and collaboration to enable effectivenes
s oforganisational cha
nge. Plan and execute specific key strategic initiat
ives(organisational change; technical; cultural) by appl
yingproject management principles for large scale transve
rsalproje
cts. Providing input to and implementing change readi
nessassessments, developing communication, sponsors
hip,stakeholder engagement and training plans while
alsoidentifying areas of resista
nce. Develop specific interventions to address resistanc
e atindividual and team lev
els. Supporting the senior organisational development special
istswithin the u
nit. Build change management capability by role model
lingthe competencies of change leaders
hip.
