WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO! Since 2018, our drive to build, connect, and impact the next generation of young leaders in Zambia and across the region, has been driven from a heart of collective effort, sacrifice and a driven desire to see youth develop. Since 2020, we have been hosting the BeRelevant Youth Summit, and out of this convening, we have provided a solution-driven space for dialogue, networking and engagement to over 1000+ young people. Through our Leadership Academy, we have so far trained 600 young people in solution-driven leadership, this is without speaking of our Teens Leadership program that has empowered 100+ teens with skills for the 21st century. All this has been done not because we have a pull of sufficient funding, but because we have a heart to see a new generation of leaders emerge from the heartbeat of Zambia, ready for impact within their nation and beyond.

I had the honor of moderating the Business and Innovation session at the 4th BeRelevant Afrika Youth Summit. Our session focused on a vital question: How do we create an enabling environment for youth-driven innovation and business to thrive? The conversation was enriched by the insights of industry experts like Florence Jedidiah Mulenga (CSR of Yango), Rhoda Kakoma (Innovation Coordinator at Zanaco), Immanuel Mwanza Immanuel Mwanza (CEO of Emark), and Isaac Pomboloka (Author/speaker). A big thank you to Mwila Chriseddy Bwanga and the BeRelevant Afrika team for the opportunity to not only contribute but also learn from such brilliant minds. I look forward to seeing how we can implement these ideas and support youth in shaping the future. #YouthInnovation #Entrepreneurship #BeRelevantYouthSummit #InnovationLeadership

You can only dream of what your mind has been exposed to. Your imagination is limited or enhanced by your level of exposure. Invest in exposing your mind to Newer and Greater Possibilities. Thank you to Mwila Chriseddy Bwanga and the entire BeRelevant Afrika team for inviting me to speak at the 2024 Be Relevant Summit and for creating such impact in the lives of the Zambian youths who are the leaders of today (not tomorrow but today because your time to lead is now). I had the honor of sharing a panel discussion on ‘Business & Innovation’ with amazing people like : Immanuel Mwanza ( CEO at E-MARK), Rhoda Kakoma ( Innovation Specialist at Zanaco) and Isaac Pomboloka (Founder of IP Limitless Foundation). We had an inspiring intro to the discussion done by Chongo Mutale (Innovation Specialist at ABSA) and the moderation was done by an amazing young lady called Thokozile. My biggest highlight was the keynote speech by the Guest of Honour Pastor Dr Choolwe M Choolwe. His presentation was beyond phenomenal, literally the best keynote address I’ve heard at a business / personal development conference so far. It was filled with scripture and I didn’t want to blink the whole time because so much wisdom was being shared. God bless his soul , what a blessing to our generation. I also learnt so much on Politics from a panel discussion featuring great leaders like Ruth Kay Kangwa- Ndhlovu, Tapera Mbewe , Don Mwenda and Mwila Chriseddy Bwanga. It was such a beautiful event, I would encourage you all to attend this summit next year. This is the kind of exposure that expands your ability to dream even bigger. Thank you once more to the amazing organizers for putting this together. #Jedidiah #Beloved_Of_The_LORD

I had the privilege of delivering a keynote at the BeRelevant Afrika Youth Summit 2024 on "Innovating for Impact: How Youth-Driven Business and Technology are Shaping Zambia's Future." The key to unlocking the potential of our youth lies in creating an enabling environment—one that fosters creativity, equips young innovators with essential skills and resources, and connects them to the broader business ecosystem. Together, we can drive meaningful change in our communities. Mwila Chriseddy Bwanga Florence Jedidiah Mulenga Rhoda Kakoma Immanuel Mwanza
