Our client had been renting out her Chalala home for over 10 years while living abroad, and it was due for a complete renovation. But how do you manage a major project like that from overseas? That’s where Rivuuz stepped in. We transformed the house back into a gem, all while keeping her fully involved from Norway. Now that’s what we call teamwork making the dream work! 💪

Drilling a borehole? Here are some key tips to make sure you're on top of things: ⏳ Be there from start to finish – If you can’t be there, have someone you trust supervise the entire process. You want to keep an eye on things and make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for 🔍 Keep track of the drill depth – Know the length of each drill bit and count how many are used. This is how you can be 100% sure of the exact depth that’s been drilled. 🤏 Count the casing too! – Don’t just focus on the drilling depth, check the width and length of the casing as well. Count how many pieces are used to confirm the depth that’s been cased. You'll thank us later for this one! 📝 Get a drilling report – Once the drilling is done, ask for a report that will tell you what size borehole pump to buy and the exact depth it should be installed. A little extra attention goes a long way in avoiding unexpected costs and future disasters

Before we began this project, our client made it clear—clean, straight lines were a must. No curves or round edges, just sleek, modern designs. This preference influenced every part of the build, right down to the choice of materials. Now we’re curious—what’s something unique you’d love (or absolutely wouldn’t want) in your dream home? Let us know in the comments! 👇

How we simplify your building experience 💪 As a homeowner, It’s not always easy to imagine the finished product when all you see is cement and blocks. So part of our service at Rivuuz is creating sketches and sharing photos to help our clients visualise the end results. Always have a visual reference for your project to make sure that a clear vision of the final product guides every decision you make.
