We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Administration Officer to join our software development company, Great People Systems. The person we are looking for will be responsible for: - Ensuring pricing, rebate and services are effectively managed, leading to profitable and sustainable margins considering all costing associated with our clients. - Analyzing monthly profitability by customer and product, identifying areas for improvement. - Managing customer payment conditions and credit risk effectively. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients. - Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company. - Preparing and delivering regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred. - Proven experience in finance management, business development, and project management in the software development industry. - Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze profitability, manage pricing, and drive financial performance. - Demonstrated success in business development, including identifying and securing new clients.
