Most emails we do receive involve memory or app download issues. These are out the the control of any App or Developer. Memory issues are solved by preforming a fresh Re-Boot of your Device, per Apple's instructions (see troubleshooting link above). Corrupt downloads must be re-installed, usually by deleting and re-downloading a fresh copy from the App Store and your iCloud Account. Apple does not charge an account twice for the same App, see Apple & iCloud Terms of Use. Note that re-installing will delete projects Saved in the App.

What is Cineverse? - Cineverse is a cloud-based photo & video social site where users freely share and enjoy creative content with others around the world. Right to access Cineverse is offered only to registered iTunes users who are of appropriate age under applicable law in their territory, please contact miSoft or iTunes support with questions.
Does miSoft invade my privacy? - ABSOLUTELY NOT! miSoft Apps have NO User Tracking Code, NO hidden functions, and miSoft in no way Collects private information about our Users. In addition, miSoft itself does not collect or sell any User Data to any 3rd party. We can not control the actions of 3rd party Ad Networks, and encourage Users to check with Ad Network Terms & Details before sharing iDevices with Minors, as well as check their iDevice Settings App to set Parental and other Controls for Ad Services and WEB Browsers accessed within Ad Content or otherwise. Also, some miSoft Apps may post Images to various Social Networks with or without continual verification, such Apps require Registered Passwords with Apple, iTunes, and/or a 3rd Party Network for initial App Download and/or Posting.
Where do the Ads in the Apps come From? In addition to our in-house Ads for our other Apps which are sold through the App Store as any App is, miSoft utilizes Ad systems from Apple's iAd Network and Google's AdSense & AdMob Networks. We set the settings on these 3rd party networks as best as they permit us in an effort to make their system recognize that some Users who might see their Ads may be younger, and we request herein that Ad Networks filter out possibly objectionable content. Please See Apple & Google for applicable policies and further information on their Ads.
Are there instructions or 'help' info for miSoft Apps? - We work hard to build the most user friendly, intuitive Apps possible! However, sometimes extra help is needed. With this in mind, most of our Apps have in-App Help Sections, just Tap the '?' button! In addition, if more help if needed, we encourage the user to contact us at 'support@miSoft.com' for specific help when needed; we really do answer our emails! Please ask before getting frustrated with our Apps!
Terms of Use? - All use of this web site and all miSoft products is completely discretionary and for personal entertainment purposes by adults only as defined under applicable law. miSoft makes no representations or warranties whatsoever about any content, products, goods, or services, be they tangible or intangible. App Review Policy? Our Company does not review our Apps, or other Developers competing Apps. In additon, miSoft does not pay services to preform App Reviews. At times, friends and/or supporters of other Developers and/or competing Apps may choose to post negative reviews about our Apps, and friends and/or supporters of miSoft may choose to post positive reviews of our Apps. We suggest users read reviews with a bit of caution, extremes such a 'best ever' & 'worst ever' are likely unhelpful. We ask users to keep in mind, Apple takes about one week to review and test Apps before putting them on-line, therefore, review statements such as, 'doesn't work' can not be true if the App is posted to the App Store. If you are unsure about an App purchase, it might be a good idea to test a Free version first.

How Can I find the Art & Images used in your Apps? - Samples & Images used in miSoft Apps are © various Artists as posted by Artists and copyright holders on locations such as the Public Domain sites: PublicDomainPictures.net, Public-Domain-Image.com, pdClipArt.org. Licensed Images provided by and © Fololia.com and Artists.
How should I use miSoft products? - miSoft products are for the exclusive use of registered Adult Apple iOS users who purchase them through the Apple iTunes App Store and install them on proper licensed Apple devices per the terms of Apple User Agreements. iTunes Users take full responsibility herein for giving iDevice Access to minors.

A Special Note about App Reviews: When was the last time you Rated or left a written Review of an App? Exactly! We find 95% of Users NEVER Rate or Review Apps, even though a 5 Star Rating on the App Store is the #1 way to support a Developer and help them provide YOU with Great, Free Updates! So, who leaves Reviews?
1st, Sometimes a person has a very positive or negative experience with an App, and is motivated to post a Review. For any Kind Reviews, we Thank You. And to any User who has had an honest negative experience, we are truly sorry and ask that you email us and give us a chance to help.
2nd, miSoft Apps are Universal. This means, unlike most Apps, they run on all iPhone, iPad, iPad Minis and iPod touches, in varying iOS versions 3.0 to iOS version 6.0+! Therefore, different Users on different Devices have different experiences and User Interfaces, and at times a remark about an App run on a two year old iPod Touch in iOS 3.1.3 has virtually no relevance to a User on a new iPhone or iPad running 6.0! Sadly, the Review system does not identify the Device or iOS version of the User leaving the Review.
3rd, App Store Users are supposed to be 18 years of age or older. Unfortunately, some parents choose to give minors have access to iTunes, and some think it's 'funny' to leave Untrue and Harsh Reviews. Sadly, there is absolutely nothing we can do to stop this. Only Apple can control User Access to the App Store.
4th, JailBroken iOS Software. Some Users choose to violate their Apple Warranty and 'crack' their Device Software using 3rd party 'jailbreak' systems which permit the use of non-Apple approved Apps. JailBreaks effect the function of legitimate Apps. We wish we could fix this, but are powerless to do so. These JailBroken Users are permitted to Review Apps on the App Store without disclosing that they are running JailBroken Devices. Their Reviews have no relevance whatsoever to 99% of Users.
Last, and most unfortunate, as miSoft's large and diverse Family of Apps is rare, we have many more competitors than most Developers. As a result, we tend to have more untrue, objectionable, and suspicious negative Reviews. Scandalous Reviews hurt YOU! Yes! Because lower sales based on incorrect Reviews cause users to receive and enjoy fewer Free Updates and fewer Great New Apps!
Given all this, if you see a Review which says an App, or a particular function doesn't work, yet you know this is not true, please take a moment to post an Honest and Kind Review!
