The overall project encompasses a 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 (𝗗𝗖𝗣) 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸 (𝗧𝗘𝗦) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟳 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗘𝗧𝗦)⚡ The project required 𝟰𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗧𝗥 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, with the DCP situated underground at a depth of -19.1 meters. The DCP is placed inside the mall basement, being a very effective solution in terms of footprint, as no additional plot is required for the DCP. Of course, not having a separate DCP plot has additional challenges of coordination between all the parties involved and needs a more effective design, but all these challenges were correctly overcome with an excellent engineering group. The stadium required an 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗥'𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 (𝗧𝗘𝗦) 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱. ARANER designed and implemented a TES tank that stored chilled water, allowing chillers to operate at peak efficiency year-round. Results: ✅𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: 15% reduction in peak electricity demand. ✅𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 10.85% savings on initial investment. ✅𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Continuous cooling even during power failures. The success at Al Rayyan Stadium demonstrates how 𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗥'𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and comfort for large-scale events.
