💼 #VC Investments Review for the Month In September, #venture #capital investment in the #cryptocurrency sector fell by 28% compared to August. The prolonged consolidation phase in BTC and #economic and #geopolitical uncertainties are making #investors more cautious in their decisions. The total #investment in September was more than $668 million. Top 5 Biggest Investments: 1️⃣ Celestia – a modular #blockchain that scales based on the number of users. Thanks to the modular stack, anyone can run their blockchain without needing a set of validators. The project has raised $100 million from Bain Capital Crypto, 1kx, Placeholder Ventures, etc. 2️⃣ Infinex – a decentralized #exchange for perpetual futures. The platform offers users a familiar interface with enhanced security. The project has raised $65 million from Framework Ventures, Solana Ventures, Wintermute, Eden Block, etc. 3️⃣ Tune.FM – a #decentralized music platform for listening and collecting music merchandise. It allows artists to be rewarded for every play of their content, bypassing labels and streaming services. The project has raised $50 million from The Global Emerging Markets Group (GEM) Crypto Fund. 4️⃣ Huma Finance – #DeFi lending protocol that finances global #payments and provides instant access to #liquidity.
