Just over four years ago, we completed the refurbishment of a building in Dubai’s Tecom area on behalf of Tecom Investments, transforming it into a modern, grade-A office space. We added a contemporary façade to increase natural light and enhance the volume while preserving the existing concrete structure. This project involved overseeing both the design and construction supervision, including completely gutting the three-storey building, removing the existing partitions and façade, upgrading MEP systems, and improving the landscape around the building.
