Studio International Engineering Consultants is proud to be the Lead Design Consultant at the first phase of the Ghaf Woods Development (Phase 0, Phase A & B) by Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai. This luxury multifamily residential community is organized around a central forest and community heart, spanning 74 hectares near Global Village. Ghaf Woods will feature over 7,000 units in the full development, including 1, 2, 3-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses, offering stunning views of the magical surrounding forest ecosystem.   The design aims to create the feeling of buildings within a forest. By minimizing the impact of roads and urban surroundings, this project offers an escape from the city. The seamless integration of the forest with residential buildings, podiums, and clusters provides diverse landscape experiences such as sunken courtyards, green podiums, and vertical gardens.   This innovative approach to development in Dubai is receiving great success, and we are extremely happy to be part of it.
