Clelebrating the achievements of IPACK team for year 2023

In a heartwarming display of corporate social responsibility, EBG has recently visited Sheikh Shakbout Medical City (SSMC) to spend quality time with the senior nationals. This initiative aimed to spread joy and demonstrate EBG’s commitment to making a positive impact beyond business endeavors. EBG’s team led by Group Director, Mr. Zuhair Al Haj were welcomed by the team of SSMC, led by Mr. Muaadh Ibrahim Alblooki; Patient Experience Manager at SSMC, who expressed appreciation for EBG’s initiative. EBG team spent time engaging in conversations and listening to the experiences of the senior patients, in addition to exchanging some gifts with them. Such initiatives serve a powerful reminder of the importance of empathy, kindness, and human connection in our society. قامت مجموعة الإمارات للأعمال وكجزء من مسؤوليتها المجتمعية بزيارة مدينة الشيخ شخبوط الطبية لقضاء بعض الوقت مع المرضى من كبار المواطنين. وتهدف هذه المبادرة إلى نشر السعادة بين المرضى وتعزيز التزام المجموعة بالمسؤولية المجتمعية. تم الترحيب بفريق المجموعة بقيادة السيد زهير الحاج، المدير التنفيذي للمجموعة من قبل فريق العمل في مدينة الشيخ شخبوط الطبية بقيادة السيد معاذ إبراهيم البلوكي؛ مدير قسم شؤون المرضى، الذي اعرب عن تقديره لهذه المبادرة قام فريق مجموعة الإمارات للأعمال بتبادل الأحاديث مع المرضى والاستماع الى خبراتهم، كما قامت المجموعة بتبادل الهدايا التذكارية مع كبار المواطنين. تهدف هذه المبادرات المجتمعية للتذكير بأهمية التعاطف والتواصل الإنساني وتعزيز التراحم بين كافة أفراد المجتمع

تشرفت مجموعة الإمارات للأعمال بالمشاركة في النسخة الأولى من جائزة الإمارات للريادة في سوق العمل وسعدنا كثيراً بترشح وفوز الموظفة ماريا إيزابيل عن فئة القوى العاملة استحقت ماريا إيزابيل هذا الفوز وبكل جدارة، فمنذ التحاقها بالعمل لدى مجموعة الإمارات للأعمال بتاريخ 18/04/2018 ومنذ اليوم الأول أبدت الموظفة إخلاصاُ متميزأً وتفانياً في العمل، فهي تحرص ومن تلقاء نفسها على القدوم بشكل يومي قبل مواعيد العمل الرسمية للقيام بأعمال التنظيف والتعقيم لمكاتب الموظفين والمرافق الأخرى قبل موعد وصول الموظفين لعملهم، وقد قامت بتطوير جدول يومي وإسبوعي لتنظيف جميع المكاتب والمرافق مع الحرص على الاعتناء بالنباتات الموجودة وريها بالماء وتنظيفها بشكل اسبوعي وكل ذلك من تلقاء نفسها كما وانها تحرص على انهاء جميع أعمال التنظيف والتنظيم بعد انتهاء مواعيد العمل وقبل مغادرة الشركة أضافة لكل ذلك، لدى العاملة ماريا إيزابيل موهبة متميزة متعلقة بالأشغال اليدوية، فقد قامت باستخدام أدوات بسيطة وإعادة تدوير بعض الأواني والعلب البلاستيكية لصنع حافظات للأوراق ولأدوات التنظيف وحاملات للأكواب وللهواتف المتحركة لجميع الموظفين دون أن يطلب منها احد القيام بذلك. كما وانها لم تأخذ اي إجازة مرضية منذ التحاقها بالعمل سوى عند إصابتها بفيروس كورونا مما يدل على مدى اخلاصها في عملها إضافة لكل ذلك تتمتع العاملة ماريا بشخصية لطيفة ومحببة، الابتسامة لا تفارق وجهها وعلاقتها طيبة بجميع الموظفين والموظفات، وجودها يصنع فرقاً حقيقياً في مكان وبيئة العمل
