Most people struggle with these key areas: knowing what their audience needs, crafting engaging content, choosing the right platform, and iterating based on feedback. Without these, courses fail to reach their true potential. Here’s a quick roadmap I’ve used to go from idea to revenue: 1/ Build Your Brand ↳ Create a unique personal brand and share consistently on 1-2 platforms where your audience is most active. 2/ Grow an Email List ↳ Offer a valuable free resource to start building your list. Use tools like Kajabi for email and landing pages. 3/ Engage Regularly ↳ Consistently post and encourage interaction with polls, Q&As, and open discussions. 4/ Identify Audience Needs ↳ Listen carefully to your audience’s biggest challenges to understand recurring themes. 5/ Validate Your Idea ↳ Create short surveys and host 1:1 calls to get feedback and confirm demand. 6/ Open a Waitlist ↳ Set up a waitlist on a landing page to gauge interest before launch. 7/ Create an Outline ↳ Plan your course in modules, breaking content into manageable sections (live or pre-recorded). 8/ Create a Sales Page ↳ Write clear, benefit-driven copy focused on solving a problem, with testimonials and previews. 9/ Launch It ↳ Use a 5-10 day launch window with live updates, countdowns, and email reminders. 10/ Deliver and Refine ↳ Collect testimonials and feedback after each module to continually improve the course.
