This World Heart Day, we’ve teamed up with our medical partner, Fakeeh University Hospital to discuss the importance of sports in maintaining heart health. 🏊♂️🧡🖤 Dr. Syed Sakib Nasir, Cardiologist, emphasizes how regular physical activity strengthens the heart, improves circulation, and reduces overall strain on the body. Swimming, in particular, offers a full-body workout, lowers blood pressure, and enhances cardiovascular endurance—all while being gentle on the joints. At Hamilton Aquatics, we’re proud to offer swimming as a heart-healthy sport for all ages, promoting a stronger, healthier heart with every stroke. 💪🏻 #sports #worldheartday #health #healthmatters
