Here’s my number one piece of advice for investors in real estate. Real estate is a mid to long-term investment. If you're serious about returns, think long-term. Short-term flipping sounds great, and many agents may tell you that you can make a profit quick, but the truth is, that it isn’t - a ‘promise’ of the market.
