This is largely due to the upcoming Wynn casino, the first in the Middle East, set to be twice as large as the one in Las Vegas. News of the casino's construction in Ras Al Khaimah spread globally last year, and developers promptly began launching their projects in the area. Now it’s La Mer’s turn—three beachside towers with interiors by designer brand Elie Saab. The project is developed by Arte Developments in collaboration with Dewan Architects. British developer moves headquarters to Dubai UK-based developer LEOS Developments is relocating its headquarters to Dubai and plans to invest $7 billion in the UAE real estate market. The funds will go towards building at least 10 projects, with the first two premium townhouse and villa complexes launching within the next 10 days in Meydan and Dubai Silicon Oasis. “We believe in the UAE market and are making Dubai our permanent home,” says LEOS Developments founder Rui Liu. #uaenews
