The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) in the United Arab Emirates regulates the labour market, ensures competitiveness, protects the work environment, increases flexibility, strengthens the national human resources' participation, and attracts, develops, and maintains talents by adopting a comprehensive system of policies, standards, regulatory instruments, institutional partnerships, and top-notch services. Our vision is a labour market in the UAE that empowers Emiratis and attracts talents from around the world. Our priorities are respecting human dignity, operating with honesty and integrity, seeking to earn trust and respect, and valuing innovation and creativity. #MoHRE works in preparation for a new phase of development that revolves around a knowledge-based economy, in line with the UAE’s vision and goals of the year 2071.
