Skills and Qualifications: - A love for animals - Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a veterinary clinic, healthcare setting, or as a receptionist in a B2C business - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Must be fluent in English Language; bilingual (Arabic and English) speaking skills are preferred - Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
