Redlog was established in Bangkok Thailand in 2001 to provide remediation contracting services and started providing services across the Middle East in 2012. Redlog moved its head office to UAE in 2017 and is currently active across the region. We offer a range of services including environmental, health and safety (EHS) consulting services. Redlog has successfully completed more than 300 projects in more than 30 countries across Asia, in addition to projects in Europe and North America. We are a proud associate of the Inogen Alliance®.

    UPDATE: We are no longer accepting applicants for these positions. We have had hundreds of great candidates apply and we truly thank all that submitted CVs. After Eid we will soon be contacting those who we would like to follow up for an interview.   I offer my comments on the review of the applications and hopefully lessons that may help some of you in responding to future job posts.   1. Make sure to add a Subject Header that reflects the job opening. More than half of the emails received either had no Subject Header or an irrelevant Subject Header. Unfortunately, when we need to review many hundreds of applications, we immediately screen out such applications.   2. In the body of the email text, add a brief summary (a few lines is sufficient) demonstrating your understanding of the position needs and how you meet those. If needed, feel free to add a cover letter to address that in more detail. Less than 10% of applicants demonstrated that they could meet the specific job retirements. Those that provide that information are flagged for review of their CVs.   3. Make sure your CV clearly shows that you have the required skill set Use spell check. Keep the CV simple and professional. There is no need to send your many safety certificates as attachments. Less than 5% of the applicants were able to provide evidence in their CV that they had the required experience or capabilities to carry out the work duties. Those with CVs that demonstrate these qualities are one that we will contact. --------------------------------------------- We have positions available for detail oriented and independent HSE consultants to support our team in MENA.   The candidates must be native Arabic speaker with strong English skills and five or more years experience in working as HSE professionals. The location is flexible, as work can be done from the candidate’s home office within the MENA region, and there will be limited travel to sites within the region.    The candidate will support Redlog’s MENA HSE regulatory compliance team, reporting to our Egypt country manager.   Work duties will include: maintaining and updating regulatory compliance registers, translating laws and regulations from Arabic to English, addressing client compliance questions, carrying out compliance audits at client facilities, and other associated tasks. Interested candidates must submit their CVs to HR@redlogenv.com. Successful candidates will be contracted for an interview.

    Last month our bi-annual Associate Meetings wrapped up in Brazil. As we took time to collect insights and key takeaways from the meeting, one concept that stood out related to the culture and working style in Brazil - that actually related to us all, with the concept of flexibility and using the tools and budget available with the term "Gambiarra”. Our local hosts always give presentations on culture and working styles in their countries, thanks to Hilton Lucio and team with ANTEA Brasil and Eduardo José Conghos and team with Greenco SA Argentina. We use our global and local knowledge to devise solutions that tackle the local challenges of our clients. We work with our partner clients to maximize whatever tools or budget they have to take steps towards meeting their goals. And in the Latin America region, we have local consultants on the ground ready to help our global teams and multinational clients with this local understanding.
